WE THE PEOPLE

of Mission Philadelphia are working strategically, tactically, collaboratively and tirelessly to achieve our Vision of Ending Hunger and Homelessness in Philadelphia by July 4th, 2026.

FOUNDING PRICIPLES

One of our founding principles is for Mission Philadelphia is to support, engage, and partner with existing Not-for-Profits to serve more people in need while being in the top 10% of Not-for-Profits nationwide in terms of annually achieving the lowest “expense ratios” for the services we provide.

To realize our Vision, we work with ALL Hunger and Homeless Not-for-Profits to maximize the outcomes. These outcomes are realized with available funds from individual donors, corporations, foundations, and City/State/Federal sources. Therefore, Mission Philadelphia will primarily use volunteers and pro bono services wherever possible.

Even more important than the cost/expense considerations is a larger ideal that helps to make Philadelphia become the greatest city in America. Philadelphia is the City of Brotherly & Sisterly Love. If we all work together, there is no fight we can’t win.

ADVISORY COUNCIL

Mission Philadelphia has formed an Advisory Council for governance, stewardship, and leadership. We are actively interviewing candidates for these Pro Bono positions. Required are a minimum of just 2 to 5 hours a month and perhaps, most importantly, a steadfast commitment to challenge the status quo in our great city by Ending Hunger and Homelessness in Philadelphia by July 4th, 2026.

A second founding principle for Mission Philadelphia is to help any person in need regardless of age, race, religion, county of origin, sexual orientation, gender identification or veteran status.

Our Mission Philadelphia team is a group of dedicated, passionate, and driven professionals who want to add value and contribute to the Vision and Mission of our charitable organization. WE CARE.
